Hello Golfers,

Congratulations to Enrique Dimayuga who won both the Men's and Junior Club Championships, Tana Churchill for winning the Ladies Club Championship and Callum McAnulty who won the Stewert Cup over the Club Championships weekend.

The course was in magnificent condition and we were extremely lucky with the weather considering the forecast. Richard Turk achieved his sixth hole-in-one in the second round from a well struck shot on the 11th.Impressively, Tana Churchill has now been the Ladies Club Champion for the past three consecutive years.

Chris Jones and Peter Kearsey played the third round of the Kelso-Hamilton (Surrey fourball betterball knockout) on Saturday, 26 May, playing away to Coulsdon Manor (Court). Unfortunately, they came second, and so are out of the knockout competition. The local knowledge that the home team had regarding their greens, was enough to see them through to the next round.

In the final of the Snell Salver, David Solman and Lynda Guppy beat Nigel and Marilyn Luson. Apparently David and Lynda’s gross 38 on the front nine was too much!

British Masters Marshalling at Walton Heath - Wednesday, 10 October - Sunday, 14 October

Having provided on many occasions the opportunity to Marshall at US Open qualifying, Cuddington members now have the opportunity to volunteer to marshall at the British Masters which also takes place at Walton Heath this year. This is a fantastic opportunity and anyone wishing to help should sign-up on the sheet found on the main noticeboard. Once Brian Groves has full details, he will then contact you with further information nearer the date.
